My complaint:
I requested a 5:00pm delivery time and the clown who could hardly talk English (go figure) called me at around 3:40pm and couldn’t find my apartment. That was a nightmare trying to understand him. I did not want my delivery at around 3:45! My food will be cold because I don’t want to eat at 3:45. Grubhub emails said will be delivered between 5:00-5:10 and I had no problem with that. NOT 3:45!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Give me a partial refund!
