My complaint:
Never signed up for auto deducts. Never rec’d order even though several calls made to GH. I’ve been charge for something I never received. Was signed up for auto draft that I never requested nor approved.
I will be reporting this to the BBB.
Suggested solution:
Remove charges and never repeat this problem. I believe this was done intentionally.
