My complaint:
I requested a refund almost a week ago for a trip I purchased. I gave them all the information including the person I talked to and their extension. I informed them how I just needed the refund to repurchase the same trip at a different date for slightly more money. They have yet to call the company with whom the Groupon is with or refund my money. I have had multiple conversations on live chat and nothing gets done.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund for a trip I never booked.
