My complaint:
I recently ordered something and put in an address to have it delivered to and it automatically changed it to a default of my address connected with my Groupon account. I tried to contact Groupon and the merchant with no response to my issue just a repeat automated response from Groupon. They just repeatedly sent the same response which was a non-response an issue never got resolved. Having no contact with their customers in this day and age is totally unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
They should have acknowledged their mistake and contacted the merchant and had the merchandise sent to the correct address.
