Groupon complaint: did not receive items that I ordered

My complaint:

I did not receive the 3 items that I paid for and ordered. I instead I received an item that I did not order. They have no real customer service. You have to email or do live chat which is useless.

Suggested solution:

Send the items that I ordered or issue a refund.
