My complaint:
I’ve ordered a mattress that cost me around 160e, it arrived damaged and for some reason after chatting everyday with the worse customer service (named francisco) they kept on insisting i would have to pay for the cost of to send back a mattress to Italy..???!!! what is this, the company itself working with Groupon would never reply to my messages, whatsoever. Im stuck with a mattress that isn’t what i wanted at the end, after weeks or trying to communicating with Groupon, no one would explain to me how to file a complain (and I’ve asked them so many times, and they kept on NOT replying on that question)
Suggested solution:
I want this to be seriously taken, and a proper feedback and my refund as I dont want the mattress (they can pick it up as it has been waiting here for over a month now in its packaging).
