My complaint:
Bought a deal – mystery holidays. The company completely up sold me another holiday. Dates I had given, only do Berlin. I ask for another holiday. Told me for more money i could go to Italy but had to book straight away. I agreed. The next day, I realised i had been duped into buying a holiday on the spot. Aggressive selling. Click and bait technqiues. Can not get a refund from both companies. Terrible customer service from both. Do not buy.
Suggested solution:
Full refund. Groupon should not sell with them. Terrible reviews of it happening to others.
