My complaint:
Hello on the 24082020 I requested my device to be banned from using Grindr
Karla supper person action the request for me and advised I can resume and to contact them when I want to.
I have contacted them several times now and request get ignored and go to ticket request is resolved with no one getting back to me
Suggested solution:
Take the ban off and get on contact with me what’s happening
