My complaint:
Someone has made a fake account using my phone number , pictures and my grandfathers home address he is an elderly man who is vulnerable. I’ve revived threatening messages when I have tried to explain that it is a fake account. I have reported it to the police and have a crime reference number which I will give you when you respond. This is an urgent matter and if anything happens to my grandfather then Grindr will be held responsible as I have tried to report previously and nothing was done.
Suggested solution:
By removing the account!
