My complaint:
I was banned on Grindr with no explanation. They banned my phones IMEI SO I CANT MAKE NEW ACCOUNT.
I appealed it, I was told I won the appeal, but the rep refuses to correct the mistake and says he cannot verify my identity to make changes to the account.
I’ve provided what they ask to verify, but I beleive the Grindr rep dislikes me snd eith no justification refuses to assist me. I asked to speak to a supervisor snd my emails simply go unread.
All this time, Grindr is not refunding my money for their stop of the app I had paid to use.
I want them to explain why I was banned and the rep Paul so t sssist me anymore. I use this app a lot for social support during covid, Csn I get help restoring my account?
Suggested solution:
Restore my account to the regular status and reverse the ban. Refund me for the prorated share of time I have been locked out of the app. Apologize for making me go through unnecessary hoops to use this product.
