My complaint:
I submitted a profile picture for approval 3 days ago. It meets their standards and breaks none of their rules. Why has it been sitting there for days? This has happened before many times and I have complained. Is this retaliation for that?
Suggested solution:
Do your job. If the picture meets your standards approve it if it doesn't explain why you're not approving it instead of letting it just sit there for days on end. The photo is attached.
