GoPro complaint: Where is my refund??

My complaint:

I have to express my disappointment with this company. I ordered a a camera on the 22nd of June and a second on the 23rd June 2020. The first one came, even though it was delayed the following week. It was in the UK, but for some reason, UPS held onto it. This was not due to Covid, but their incompetence. The second camera never arrived. Each day the UPS tracking said it was out for delivery. It got to the point where I had to inform UPS to return the second camera as I needed both, but they were unable to deliver.

Both cameras were returned and verified as having been returned to the originating port in The Netherlands.

My complaint and disappointment is with the fact that after almost three weeks, my money still has not been refunded. I have been told I must wait 10-15 working days for a refund. This is totally unacceptable and I would like to know why? As a multi-billion dollar company, surely a refund should be processed once the checks have been made and the returns department are satisfied with the product?

I have been told by customer services that both cameras were returned, yet there is no update on my refund. My refund is £659.98, probably not even the interest earned in a day at GoPro.

Unfortunately, there are no contact details to write a formal complaint. Have to keep going to their website to request a call back.

Highly unlikely that I will order directly from them again.
