My complaint:
I placed and paid for a GoPro 10 in April 2022 and am yet to receive my delivery. UPS lost my order, found it and shipped it back to GoPro Netherlands, and I have received no further information on my order. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact GoPro and have not received any responses to the dozens of messages sent. I am very frustrated by this process and want this resolved ASDAP!!!!
The order was shipped back to the Netherlands on 16062022. The order was placed on 29042022 order no. MP-05464341.
Suggested solution:
Find my GoPro and send it to me, communicate with me so that I know what's happening and ensure that a very unsatisfied customer is sorted out!
