My complaint:

I have called a half dozen times about my issue and I am not getting any where. The last time I called they pretty much told me they don’t know what else to do. That is unexceptionable! I have followed everything they asked to do and they got me know where. They don’t resolve issues then they close the support ticket without resolving the issue. I have spent hours on the phone with support and got nothing out of it. They blame the app and tell me to use a computer I don’t have. I cannot load or watch any videos on the app all of a sudden out of nowhere. I even bought a new camera thinking it was my camera. Now I have 2 cameras and either will not work. I can connect to the camera and control the camera with my iPhone but I cannot view or edit anything. I am very tech savvy and this is a app issue that needs resolved. I was told by support there is nothing they can do. That’s ridiculous!

Suggested solution:

Fix the issue or get someone that knows what they are doing to figure it. I emailed photos and info and have gotten nowhere. I never had to use your support it the last 10years and now that I have i am frustrated. Get your shit together GoPro
