GoPro complaint: Lost order?

My complaint:

I purchased the Hero 10 bundle through the GoPro website 5 days ago because there was a promise on the site that it would be shipped out that day if I ordered before 4pm PST (which I did) free 2-3 day shipping. On day 3 I still hadn’t received and information on my order and when looked it up it said it couldn’t be found. I contacted customer service was assured that my order would be shipped out immediately. A shipping label was then created. 2 more days have passed UPS still hasn’t received the package. I called customer service again and the representative created another ticket to look into the issue. I also spoke to a customer service manager and she said she would monitor the ticket but couldn’t guarantee me anything and they they have no way of knowing why there is a delay in the order. The lack of communication from GoPro regarding the delays and the promise of having my products I purchased in a said amount of time and then not following through with that promise is beyond frustrating and disappointing! I needed this product for a business trip. GoPro needs to do better for their customers!

Suggested solution:

I requested a bundle be sent out immediately with free 1 day shipping to get the products before I leave on my business trip but the representative couldn't guarantee that.
