My complaint:
So I ordered and paid for a GoPro 10 off from GoPro web site so on the web site you get the hero 10 for £279.99 with a free memory card and a second one for £14.40 and also pay £49.99 for a 1 year subscription total cost should be £344.38
If you sign up for the news letter you also get a discount code for use at the checkout (I used the code and got charged a total £522.47 a difference of £178.09 ) I’ve complained and got sent a crazy email to say why I’ve paid more and GoPro won’t talk about it any more
Suggested solution:
Pay up the over payment of £178.09 i don’t think that im asking to much
