My complaint:
Online I purchased Gopro thought that was the best option
When paying ed it would be £379 for one camera when pressed it took £909 and was going to send me to Gopro 10.
After four days of getting through eventually to Gopro they promised me faithfully once the items turn up they would then ask me to send one back and fully refund me the difference.
Day before scheduled delivery UPS apparently delivered it outside my door left no note but left it on the doorstep wonder why when I returned home and see my email it’s been delivered asked all neighbours and it was not picked up by any of them.
Since the 31st of May 2022 I have been trying to get hold of someone for a refund and resolve this matter so far no refund no completion no ring backs very little replies.
No telephone number to phone them no email address to contact them
I need to find out how I can take them to court I have copied all correspondence on various dates it’s now the 23rd of June 2022 and I’ve had no response just full of promises and apologies.
After searching the web I find out this is been going on for years with them the company like this should not be run with zero virtually zero communication when things like UPS deliver them day before and leave it on the doorstep with no note as well as them not coming back to you unless you’re sitting at home unemployed between the hours of nine and 6 pm GMT.
Please help me to try and get them to talk is driving me mad and £909 missing from my account but something haven’t even got.

I would like them to refund me all my money and I will not purchase a GoPro 10 of them ever again I have had three other versions and no problems but after the fourth generation one it seems like the company has gone to pot they don't know how to have a customer service at all I would like a refund full
