My complaint:

I ordered a GoPro on 17 Sep. It was dispatched on 17 Sep and returned by UPS on 20 Sep. I’ve had no ation for GoPro that they have the package and therefore no refund. Terrible customer service on the first call back and after 3 (THREE) call back requests I haven’t had a call! £400 worth of equipment and nothing from GoPro. Help please?
