My complaint:
About the manager/employee Kenza/Kensa. She is absolutely horrible person. A lot of people I know,stopped going and shopping at the Comm Ave Boston Goodwill. Every time is she looking at you, you want to take a bath with bleach. She is ripping the stuff from people’s hands. Making some rude comments, assumtions, accusations. Very nasty person. All employees around her stiff, nobody smiles, very unpleasant environment. Hope she will leave .
Suggested solution:
When Kenza/Kensa will leave the store forever. Very nasty person.
