My complaint:
Well I was minding my own business not bothering anybody quietly shopping for shoes and then a manager came up to me targeting me embarrassing me and make me feel as I was doing something wrong when in fact I was doing nothing wrong at all asking me if I needed help when she clearly bypassed anybody else in her path and came straight to me and asked me that like I was doing something wrong and then stuck around in my way for no reason not only was it embarrassing it humiliated me and for her to make me feel like I was doing something wrong in front of other customers was so traumatizing to me that when I walked out of there I threw up and I walked out of there right after this ordeal mind you I wasn’t asked to leave or anything I was just being harassed and being made a fool of for no reason by a manager of all things this is absolutely not okay and if you Goodwill let this go and don’t do something about it you are failing your customers and and taking away their right to shop in peace and with Goodwill this is absolutely not okay my stomach hurts and shaking and all I did was go look at shoes something has to be done about this and if there’s not I’m willing to take the legal action because the way that manager made me feel it’s just absolutely disgusting for no reason other than her own personal judgment towards me and it’s a manager it just baffles me I can’t even comprehend or fathom in my mind what just took place and you know what the sad thing is is probably wasn’t the first time she’s done this to somebody and probably won’t be the last so much for Goodwill huh I’m telling you more and more I’m hearing what’s your employees are doing to their customers and if you keep letting it happen I’m telling you you’re good will won’t be no longer
Suggested solution:
This manager Should be fired absolutely no questions asked and I feel I should be compensated in some way for the humiliation and the embarrassment that was caused for no other reason other than your employees your managers personal judgment upon me it was very apparent she was targeting me even the lady next to me was appalled my stomach still hurts my God
