My complaint:
When I was coming up to checkout I asked the manager in charge for the key to use the bathroom. The cashier was about to hand it to me when the manager said I couldn’t use it and go next door. I explained to her I was disabled and the store next door won’t let you use it unless you are purchasing items. She said oh well not my problem that’s why it’s closed cause of people like you that use it and mess it up and vandalize it . She also said I could take that bag I had on me and never come back. That used to be my favorite goodwill. Not anymore. She was the rudest person I have ever met. I also have been a store manager before and when I was working that was against the law to treat a customer that way.
Suggested solution:
She should be suspended for a week without pay. And if there has been previous problems with this employee then she needs to be fired. I spent $30 in your store today and should be refunded.
