My complaint:
I bought a box of records for $50.00 on 05122022. Before I purchased the box I asked an employee how the records were placed into the box. The employee told me that the records were stacked and that some might not have covers. I was fine with that what I wasnt fine with was they were NOT stacked they were tossed. 50% if not more were broken and or bent which means they were worthless. All the records had gotten wet so they were covered with mildew so in the end it was a TOTAL LOSS! I spend hundreds of dollars at Goodwill in Eugene and I donate truckloads as I am a reseller. I come to Salem about every 6 months to the outlet store and have never had anything like this happen to me.
Suggested solution:
The product that is put into these huge boxes need to be handled differently and they shouldnt be wet and moldy. I feel like Goodwill should send me a credit as not only did I lose 50.00 buying the box it cost me nearly that to have those heavy broken records hauled to the dump.
