Goodwill Industries complaint: Violent argument in store

My complaint:

First allow me to thank you for all you do for the community.I would also like to mention that I am not a reseller. The common practice at the Goodwill store that I visits has always flavored a certain reseller over the other customers.This will probably always be the nature of the beast. It is a practice that the employees do not even try to hide especially when it comes to the male sneakers.The reseller will arrange the shoes on the shelves so the only open spot is in front of him.The employee will place the pair of sneakers in the spot and the reseller will remove that pair and the employee will place another pair of sneakers in that same exact spot and the reseller will remove that pair and the process will continue until every pair of male sneakers are taken by the same resellers Although I personally feels that this is morally disgusting I can not change the business practices of your organization. The purpose of my concern is the level of violent arguments that are occurring due this animalistic practice. Other customers especially resellers are expressing their anger in a more heighten manner.On 24May the same reseller was openly handed the sneakers and a customer and reseller anger aroused to the point that i will be calling law enforcement officers myself. Arguing is never justified but can understand their frustrations and the fact this practice is not done secretly, this is like a slap in their faces. The only reason I am sending this email is because I can see a potential tragedy occurring. I have no personal gain in this ,am not even a male. Thank you for your consideration God Bless.

Suggested solution:

if employees would not favor certain resellers and place items on shelves accordingly then every one will have the equal opportunity to purchase the items.
But the likelihood of that according is zero then you should consider hiring security to protect your customers.
