My complaint:
Went thru the drive thru ordered a 8 piece , with 2 sides, proceeded to the window paid for my order, and then the manager come to the window and told me they were out of legs and she could sub. With wings or thighs I told her that i didn’t want it that my wife only eats legs and I want a refund , she ack like it made her upset and said there was legs in my order , so I rold her that I would take a sub. But not wings or thighs and she said in a rude manner that she said never mind she was giving my money and then started argueing with me I told her I wasn’t arguing with her and i wouldn’t be coming back to this store and she said good she didn’t want my business so she refunded my money , this is the second time someone has been rude to me at this location, I’m a big fan of y’alls chicken and eat at golden chick often

I don't know I'm very upset about this and believe the manager should have handled this in a professional manner and she didn't
