My complaint:
Went through the drive and the order taker was not ready took her over 8mintue to take my order, asked her to hold a minute and she screamed at me then asked if the food was fresh she reply yes. Drove up to the window and open my food the chicken was cold and the catfish seem if it had been cooked that morning this is at 9:55 pm. A car pulled up on the side of us she happened to be upset that the order taker disrespected her on the mic. The service was poor they replace the chicken and it was dark and look like it had been dropped in the grease again recooked
Suggested solution:
Why would you ask me how should they resolve a complaint about your business, not mine? she would be cleaning bathrooms and never taking another order again. Why don't you check with your manager
