My complaint:
I paid $30 for 16 tenders! Over half of the tenders were nothing but breading, hard to chew, and all were lacking in flavor! I had looked so forward to having a Golden Chick here in Amarillo, TX. I was very disappointed with the quality of food served here. Had hoped to enjoy some chicken. Even the jalapeno’s I purchased were rubbery and hard to chew.
When I go to Arlington, Tx, I usually spend anywhere from $80 to $120 on the food there and have never had a problem with the quality nor the quantity of the food.
This location will not be in business very long if there is not some drastic changes made real quick.
Suggested solution:
It would be nice to get what I paid for and expected for $30! Meaning the chicken actually has nice portions of meat and not just the breading in place of pieces of chicken. However, the way things are going in this world today, no one seems to want to do a good job nor take pride in the job they do. So, expecting this is almost unheard of, due to greed and cost! Someone is probably enjoying the chicken tenders, but, it isn't the customers if anyone else got the same as I did.
Only wish I had kept the pieces we tried to eat before throwing them in the trash but did take a picture of what was left! If everybody would live by the Golden Rule, this world would be a better place by far.
