My complaint:

On 113020 I visited the Golden Chick in Belton, TX. It was shortly after 6 PM. I went to the speaker for the drive up and ordered a 10 piece leg thigh box. I was told the total for my order was $12.98 and asked to proceed to the drive up window. When I got to the window, I gave the person my card. She ran it and completed the financial part of the transaction. It was at this point that she decided to tell me that there would be a 20 minute wait for my order. I told her to give me a refund, I should have been told that BEFORE my card was run.

Suggested solution:

In the future, they should inform the customer of any lengthy waiting period before processing payment. They refunded my money, but they ran my card and gave me a cash refund. Employees should be better trained.
