My complaint:
I was in the store purchasing a drink and was getting cash back for $100 Go2bank declined my transaction and then blocked my account, I have since then sent in althe documents requested over 10 times, I even received an email saying that they had duplicate emails from me thanks for my patience, But every time I call them they have me to upload my documents again and tell me check back in 2 business days now I receive an email saying that my case is closed do to no documents received, They have even given me a a total of 3 different case numbers, This don’t make no sense.
Suggested solution:
They need to unblock my account my account has been blocked since February 27th
