My complaint:
I recently got my refund deposited to my go-to bank account which I never received the card for since opening a couple years back so they mailed me a new card which I never got and during this time I refund of 2067 was deposited into my go-to bank account as I’m waiting for my card I checked to see my balance one day and I find out all my money is all gone I filed a complaint with go to bank telling them I never received my card or that I authorized it. And that my money was all gone today I received a response to them telling them they had completed their investigation and that I authorized these transactions which I never did I still have not received the card from them till this day apparently somebody has gotten the card and used it that I didn’t know of yet go to bank will not help me I don’t know what to do I needed that money
Suggested solution:
They should investigate who took the money from me and refund me my money since I trusted them with my account
