My complaint:

My name is Jeri and I’m called trying to do a dispute and keep getting hung up on by rude customer service. Therefore I can’t even do the dispute because it’s so many unprofessional customer service people that’s working with you guys company. I will no longer be doing business with go2bank after today. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau to let them know how I was treated while I was calling about my money and trying to make a dispute claim. Customer service was very unprofessional and rude.

Suggested solution:

I never got done completing my dispute claim cause customer service don\'t like to do their job and be professional with customers. How you a company aloud people like that to work for their company and be disrespectful a.customer.
