My complaint:

I had a fraud cash app charge immediately called go2bank. They could have stopped the payment while it was still pending but gave me the run around. It’s been 4 days and I still can’t get through to the fraud dept.

Suggested solution:

Investigate the situation instead of transferring me in constant circles. This is the first transaction I've ever disputed
