My complaint:
3 months ago I got a Go2bank card and loaded $500 dollars on it. Then I could not access my money. They told me I could withdraw and use it in the store but lied. Then somehow my card had been reported stolen. Then they restricted and closed my account and in order to get my refund check I had to upload proof of identity and proof of residence. I did that 3 times and was told my refund check was mailed several times. Never. I have spoken to over 20 supervisor and customer service people and have been through hell. Many hours on the phone and this has been going on for 3 months.
Suggested solution:
Immediately give my money back!!
I know my wife sent me money and then lock my account I don’t know why plus I put money in my account I have over $5,000 and then lock my account so now I’ve been trying to fix this problem for a long time been over a month now that I don’t know then I won’t get my money back
