My complaint:
i have reported fraudulent charges on my card to them and out of 1000 dollars i got back 250 i thank and they said that the matter had been closed and now have more charges on my card and they told me i have to write them a letter with in ten days i have never had to do this with any other bank before
Suggested solution:
they should get my money back to me i thought my money was protected from things like this happening
