My complaint:
Lock my account. The account was locked after I was at the apple store in making a purchase for a iPhone for $1000. I received a FRAUD ALERT TEXF asking if was making a purchase a the apple store I replied yes . I received a text go ahead and continue with your purchase, then the account, LOCKED.. I contacted the GO2bank I was hold for 45 minutes. Bc it noted it will be locked for 2 days. However, on the February 23, 2022, called GO2bank I verified with my state Driver License and requested documents.through email at 10:05am. The representative stated that the will reopen on the February 24, 2022. It was not. So I reached out to the GO2bank, the representative stated it will take another 24 to 48 hours. To review the account.
My question is why???

Please release MY FUNDS close the account. I don’t have a to use this institution because it’s discriminatory against individuals they assume that should or shouldn’t have and haven’t not

Same here any updates. I’m scared my account is locked w over 14 thousand in there right now.
