My complaint:

I can’t transfer money from in and out of my savings. I’ve heard others say their card is locked and they can’t unlock it. This has been a problem for 5 hours now.

Suggested solution:

I don’t feel like they’re taking it as a priority. If they took it more seriously the problem would be solved.
