My complaint:
I deposited 300$ on my card and it has not been processed and deposited into my account, on top of that the card is locked. I am not the only one…there are thousands of people complaining online and going through the same issues as me, some are losing their homes because today is the last day of the month for rent etc and this is New Year’s Eve, a terrible time for a company to allow this to happen…ruining a lot of people’s holiday by not allowing them access to their own money!
Suggested solution:
Process, deposit and unlock my card along with the several thousand other people who are having this issue.
