My complaint:
I tried to use my credit card to pay for gas at the pump. It declined and said to see the cashier. I had an available balance of 50 and change on the card. It declined and now shows that I have 0.00 balance on my card! I didn’t get the gas for my car! I’ve called customer service and no one is able to tell me what happened to my money. I’m upset and am waiting for my money to get out back on my card. Then I’m closing my account.
Suggested solution:
Give me my balance back on my card now or I'm going to the Better Business Bureau
