My complaint:
It started with a charge from people records.com that I didn’t make. A 1 dollar charge. I called and reported the charge and they canceled the card and I filed a dispute. A day or two later another charge from same company came through for 43.66 I filed another dispute. Well they granted the 1 dollar and denied the 43.66 one. Don’t make a bit of sense to me. Then I have overdraft charges with it. Know my card is locked and can’t unlock because of tech problems there having. I’m about to get put out for not paying my rent and I have 2 kids a 3 and 1 years old. Help!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back for everything. Pay my late fees and treat me like a person.
