My complaint:

I made an account on the 8th of December and it’s the 18th. I got my recent paystub sent there but I didn’t have a card yet to complete my registration. They can’t give me a estimation or a temp card to access my paycheck. I can’t get any representative on the phone or anyone in a chat to help me .

Suggested solution:

Give me a temp card. And give me new card expedited.
