My complaint:
My problem is they locked me out of my account they said that I’m not who I am and I sent them my ID and they Said that they couldn’t verify it and now they want a copy of my birth certificate because they type my birthday wrong nd I’ve never known of a Bank wanting someone birth certificate I would like to get my money from my account and them close my account for I want nothing to do with that bank and I also shared this complaint with biz

Please unlock my account for I've sent them my ID and still they say I'm not who I say I am I just want my money
