My complaint:
They locked my account and won’t give me access to the account after 3 days of calling and asking why.
They won’t release my money claiming I didn’t give them all the information they needed. I gave them my Name Address, Social Security Card, my Date of Birth but now al of a sudden they need my Drivers license to prove who i am. they didn’t ask that when they took my money. Fucking Bastards it is not much money but i needed it yesterday and it is impossible to get anyone that speaks ENGLISH . They just keep dancing around the Subject. I sent them my drivers License last night hoping they would release my money they ACT like I am some kind of fucking CROOK when they are the Crooks, I called a Donzen times and the support told me my account would be unblocked in 30 minutes, Fucking LIAR, then i called and they said I needed to send in my Drivers License. and I would have my money today. Another Lie. Look the System won’t let me login it keeps blocking me out I have no Recourse. I just want the lousy money I put in this Fake CARD and get out of this Nightmare.
Suggested solution:
I just want my money Back and the account closed, I do not want to deal with LIARS anymore. A bunch of flat out CROOKS, is there no law against this. I gave them, my Full name, Date of Birth, Phone number, Social security number and sent them my license last night yet they act Like I am the Crook. I would like to see one of them and have them tell that of me in person. I will show them what a bunch of FAKES they are.
