My complaint:
We were notified that we would receive the 3rd stimulus check on March 17, 2021 but the account number was wrong. After filing tracking two times I was told which bank it was sent too. I called customer service and they would not talk to us, said my husband’s social security number didn’t match. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor then hung up on me. Go 2 bank has stolen our stimulus payments of $2800. My husband is a veteran and I am a frontline worker.
Suggested solution:
Send our stimulus checks to us not the person who took it. I will be reporting to the BBB and the IRS and treasury.and the FDIC.
