My complaint:
I contacted go2bank over a new card that I requested but I put in the wrong Zip code so I wanted to correct it now I have been with go2 bank for years and never had a problem but when I talked to their customer service about correcting the ZIP CODE they asked me about 10 security Questions I got one wrong and they blocked my Acct I tried to ask them Why they were Rude told me my DP would be rejected I’m on SSDI if they don’t open my Acct it may be Jan of 2024 before I can receive my benefits
