My complaint:
My go2bank account has been locked just from me trying to switch my old address to my current address I was calling emailing to ask what’s going on they told me I had to wait 2 days I called back after the two days now they said I had to wait 3 days so today 12/08/23 my account is still locked which is unacceptable I’m aggravated upset annoyed I didn’t think me switching my address would be an issue but apparently it is I just need help getting my money back if anyone can help please help me
Suggested solution:
I just want them to unlock my account and give me my money back I wasn’t doing anything suspicious this is just aggravating all I want is my money back
