GO2bank complaint: Unfair Closure of Account

My complaint:

Last week I had received a 3k ACH deposit into my Go2bank account which I then proceeded to spend about half of that amount leaving me with about $1550.00 in my balance. The following day I simply made an attempt to update my mailing address in my Go2bank account and received an error message saying that I need to try again with the address update however after trying again, the message I received stated that my account had been permanently locked due to unusual activity. Considering the fact that I did nothing other than try to update my mailing address which is what led to this account closure, I feel as though my account should be reinstated or at the very least I should be given temporary access to my Go2bank card in order to withdraw the remaining funds in my account instead of having to wait up to a month to receive a refund check in the mail. I take a life-sustaining medication which my insurance only partially covers and so I’m in dire need of immediate access to my money without having to wait for a refund check in the mail.

Suggested solution:

I should either have my account reinstated considering I did nothing except attempt to update my mailing address or at the very least should be given temporary access to my Go2bank card so that I can withdraw my money rather then having to wait up to a month to receive a refund check in the mail.
