My complaint:
I spoke to Erica (team leader) in the commercial collections Pam, Sandy per Erica no one else can help me and she makes the choices. Now I am doing my best to get help I asked for a Spanish speaking supervisor and was told GMC Financial doesn’t have any in her Department. and ended nap hanging up on me. I would like to file a complaint. I will get an attorney to help me if I NEED TO. 1ST A LIE ABOUT A PAPER THAT WAS SENT TO ME. NO RECORD OF PAPER SENT 2.I PAYED TO THE END OF JULY 2023 WITH UNDERSTANDING AT THAT TIME I COULD AND WOULD completely PAY CAR OFF OR EXTEND THE LEASE…. I AM NOT THE MOST educated IN WRITING I AM educated enough TO GET A LAWYER TO HELP ME FILE A discrimination suit ALSO FOR ALL FEES FOR MY CAR GET REPO ALL FEES AND LOSSES FROM WORK
