My complaint:
I called in and was trying resolve a past due payment on my lemon ,and I had already talked to a supervisor 2moths prior about the issue and nothing became of it ,so Deann Sandoval reached out too me and she has a disgusting attitude and wouldn’t let me get one word out .the vehicle was surrendered 2 months ago and GM financial failed to follow out the process !no reason to treat a customer of 15years with suck absolute disrespect.I would Be more than willing to cooperate with any one besides the pathetic team leader !!!! Liter lead by example? everyone else I had spoke with was nothing other than short of excellent!!! Unfortunately there is always one bad seed ! I just wouldn’t water that one !
