My complaint:
Never had such Disrespect from a company GM FINANCIAL TEXAS OFFICE. tried for almost a yr to have
my car note due date changed to my pay date
certified letters …..emails ……calling …..NO RESPONSE called Kristine Phillips 8 times in one day NO Response Even
emailed certified Letter CEO. No response. Laura finally called I asked her for a pay off letter ?The interest
I’m paying ? Documentation I do not have Any LATE FEES on my account? And something saying
She agreed to changing my DUE DATE OH I CANNOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THAT WHY NOT ?
Tammy emailed me yesterday I REPLIED she sends me a Email oh CANNOT RESPOND you must call the office 🤡🤡🤡🤡 Behavior who send u an email and you cannot Respond to it ? I say is this a real company? Pray they all will learn to do their job Effectively
Suggested solution:
Get customers a working email that you can respond ton
It Never should take almost a YEAR to receive what your asking for
Take Pride and Respect in serving the customer
If a Dissatisfied customer Certified
letter the CEO have Self Respect to answer
