My complaint:
GMC financial will not Authorize the shop to fix my broken glass that’s been broke for over ṭwo months. The truck is not operable and now they are saying that they need the truck to be fixed prior to sending the insurance check from progressive to the shop that’s fixing my vehicle. Stating the truck needs to be repaired before check disburse and the shop needs clarification an at least gmc to honor the payment after works finished
Suggested solution:
Send check over to affiliated glass Waco texas or have a gmc insurance rep to honor the check so that the work can get completed and I can operate my vehicle
