My complaint:

I am at my wits end. I am one of your on time finances that make their car payment every month 2 weeks early. My dilemma, I contacted your customer service department to terminate my extended warranty on my account. It ‘s causing me to throw money away monthly. The car dealer where I purchased the vehicle has gone out of business so my warrant has not been funded by them. The warranty company informed me that they have not been paid for this contract.

I have $15,000. worth of repairs for my range rover and when i contacted DOWC (the warranty company)
They informed me of this. So I have no coverage and to put the icing on the cake I have to keep paying for a warranty through my monthly payments to you that provide no coverage. This is totally preposterous. I have been back and forth with the warranty company and GM Financial for the last month and I am getting no resolution!!!!! See email below from the warranty company indicating to have the lienholder (you) resolve this.

DOWC, as a third-party administrator for AMG, has not collected any funds for your Contract, other than a small administrative fee. We suggest that you check with the lienholder about your payment responsibilities in connection with this Contract.

PLEASE TAKE THIS OFF OF MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND CREDIT THE BACK END OF THIS LOAN.

PS If i have to continue paying, I will have to sell this vehicle ASAP.

Suggested solution:

I would like for GM Financial to decrease my monthly payments, take of the warranty portion. and for the 2 years I have paid on this I would like for the money to be refunded to me.
